Initiate Your Request
Log into your Elver account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Elver
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and reset the internal data, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
